Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the unused yarn and accessories in a secure shipping box or mailer, ensuring all original labels are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
